Senior Pastor - David Lillejord
I grew up in the church. My dad’s a retired pastor and, for most of my life, I lived in parsonages – (homes owned by the congregations where my father served). For many years I did not want to grow up and be a pastor mainly because of the number of people who would pinch my cheeks and say: “Are you going to grow up and be a pastor just like your dad?” After graduating from high school I attended Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota with a degree in psychology. Having every intention of going on to further study in the area of psychology, I took a break from school to clear my mind and have some fun. However, to make a long story shorter, after the break I decided to go to Luther Seminary and start my further study there because – aside from the pinches in the cheeks, I felt a call --I sensed a push to go in that direction. Well, here I am some 16 years later and I am very glad I listened. I’m very glad that God pulled me into the ministry. Associate Pastor - Jennifer Rome
Pastor Jennifer Rome began her call as Associate Pastor of Youth and Family in 2001. She is committed to accompanying youth and their families in their lives of faith. She loves how youth are all over the church participating in many aspects of life at Mount Calvary. She also loves how Mount Calvary listens to and appreciates their youth. She often sees Jesus in the youth as they worship, serve, care for each other, and have fun together. Contact Me
Administrator - NaDyne Glidden
NaDyne Glidden began as Administrator at Mount Calvary in the spring of 1996. She received both her Bachelor of Science degree in business and her Master’s degree from the University of North Dakota. NaDyne’s primary focus areas are finance, facilities, office management, human resources and supervision. She has seen many changes at Mount Calvary and has been involved in three building renovations and two capital campaigns since she began in 1996. Contact Me
Cantor - Pamela Carlson
Pam Carlson began her work in the music ministry at Mount Calvary in the fall of 1986. She received her Bachelor of Art degree from Augsburg College and her Master of Art from Luther Seminary. Pam has done organ studies with Stephen Gabrielson, Howard Don Small, Dean Billmeyer and John Ferguson. Her responsibilities include worship planning, directing the sanctuary, youth and alleluia choirs; and overseeing the directors of the children’s choirs and hand bell choirs for both adults and youth. Education Coordinator - Jane Mollman
Jane Mollman began her work at Mount Calvary as education coordinator in 2000. She received her Bachelor's degree from Wartburg College in Waverly, IA. Jane's background is working with youth programs. She has a strong appreciation of children, which makes this position a natural fit. Her responsibilities include the administration and communications of both the Sunday school and adult education programs; and volunteer recruitment, coordination and training. Contact Me
Parish Secretary - Margaret Stachour
Margaret Stachour, church secretary, started at Mount Calvary in 1998. She graduated from the University of South Dakota in Springfield. Margaret's background includes providing administrative support in both school districts and other churches. Margaret's friendly disposition and attention to detail make for a great secretary. Her responsibilities in addition to greeting people in person or on the phone include preparation and production of the weekly bulletin and monthly newsletter, maintaining our membership management system, scheduling of the master calendar and organization of the weddings and coordinators. Ministry Coordinator - Wendy Lane
Wendy Lane began her role as ministry coordinator in 2005. She has been a member of Mount Calvary since 1984. Her education is primarily in music and early childhood education. She enjoys working with the congregation, the staff and the various small groups at Mount Calvary. Wendy's primary role is to assist members in finding their interests and passions at Mount Calvary. Bookkeeper - Denise Beyer
Denise Beyer joined out staff in 2005, first as the youth and family administrative assistant and then also became our bookkeeper. She graduated from Mankato State University in elementary education. Denise's motivation and organization are great assets in performing two different job positions. As the youth and family assistant, she creates and distributes publicity for youth and family events; coordinates organization details for youth trips and retreats; and assists with the administration of the confirmation program. As bookkeeper, Denise assists in the preparation of financial reports and projects; performs payroll and accounts payable duties; and reconciliation of cash management and contributions. Contact Me
