• Tom Jenkins  - Lead Pastor     

    Hello and Welcome to Mount Calvary. I joined the staff of Mount Calvary in May 2013 to serve as the Lead Pastor of this worshiping community. I studied history and political science at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and studied theology at Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa. I love sharing in the highs and lows of life together in Christian community and feel so fortunate to call this community home. I look forward to working together with you.

    When I am not engaged in pastoral ministry, I spend the great majority of my time with my family. Stacey and I are busy raising three children. Together, we love to spend time traveling, experiencing new things, and playing outside as often as possible. Yellowstone, Glacier, and the Boundary Waters have refreshed us and make us yearn for more!

  • Kelli Weiss - Associate Pastor

    I started at Mount Calvary in February 2019. I’m originally from Southern California and I lived there for about 2/3 of my life, then moved to Minnesota in 2008 so I could go to seminary (don’t worry, I own a parka now). I received my BA at California Lutheran University, and my MDiv with an emphasis in Children, Youth, and Family at Luther Seminary. I’ve been a pastor in two congregations before Mount Calvary- one in Hastings, MN and the other in suburb outside of Milwaukee, WI. 

    My husband, Jesse, and I met on the first day of school at Luther, and have been married since 2012. We have a busy and joyful son, as well as a golden lab, in our family. Jesse is a camp director, so we’ve spent a lot of time at different Lutheran camps over the years. When I’m not at Mount Calvary, I like to spend time with family and friends, cook, go for walks, be outside, or go on random adventures around the cities. I’m excited to meet you!


Administrative & Ministry Staff

  • Pam Carlson - Deacon/Cantor

    I head Mount Calvary's music department and began my work in the music ministry at Mount Calvary in the fall of 1986. I received my B.A. degree from Augsburg College and my M.A. in Worship from Luther Seminary in 1991. I am an Associate in Ministry with the ELCA and have studied organ with Stephen Gabrielson, Howard Don Small, Dean Billmeyer and John Ferguson. As Cantor, my responsibilities include worship planning, directing the sanctuary, youth, and alleluia choirs, leading God's Children Sing, and overseeing the directors of the children's choirs and the handbell choirs for both adults and youth. Outside of work, I love biking to work, hiking and skiing in Lebanon, reading, and generally being outdoors in my jungle of a yard. My husband, Phil, and I enjoy spending time with our children and grandchildren.


  • NaDyne Glidden  - Administrator 

    I joined the staff at Mount Calvary in 1996 as the Business Administrator. I received my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of North Dakota in business and communications. Prior to working at Mount Calvary, I worked 12 years in the for-profit business world in the areas of finance, sales and marketing, business development, process improvement and human resources. At Mount Calvary my primary areas of responsibility are finance, facilities, office management, human resources, planning and supervision.

    My husband and I love to travel and spend time at our cabin with family and friends. I also enjoy reading, yoga, hiking and spending time with our dogs, Bentley and Jack.


  • Katie Lintelmann - Communications & Office Manager

    As the Communications & Office Manager at Mount Calvary, I am the main point of contact for communications and supervise the audiovisual and information technology teams. I hold a bachelor's degree in marketing and international business along with a minor in Spanish from Bethel University. Previously, I've worked in other church and nonprofit offices and have been part of the crew at Mount Calvary since February of 2020! If you want to spread the word about an event or group, please send an email my way.

    My favorite things are planning my next adventure, playing with dogs, and spending time with friends and family.

Council & Ministry Teams

Mount Calvary is overseen by a church council elected by the congregation. The current members of the council are listed below. There are also three ministry teams: Property, Finance, and Arts in Worship that work with the staff and the council to manage particular areas of the congregation's ministry.


The Mount Calvary Church Council has general oversight of the life and work of the congregation and assists the pastors, committees, and task forces in planning and coordinating the spiritual and administrative work of the church. Members are elected by the congregation and serve terms of two years.
