“Normally” one week prior to the annual meeting we review the 2020 year end financials and the proposed 2021 budget and answer any questions you may have. This year we are doing the same thing, but on Zoom. 

Our council passed a motion in November for the congregation to meet in an electronic meeting format for its annual and special congregational meetings. All members of Mount Calvary are strongly encouraged to attend. The meeting includes a review of the 2020 financial year and voting on the proposed 2021 budget. Our constitution states 50 as the quorum needed to call the meeting to order. 

To take attendance, we will be taking a screenshot of our participants at 11 a.m. To create a seamless attendance taking experience, please have your Zoom display name represent everyone in your household who is joining for the meeting ('Participants' > find your name > More > Rename) or you can use your own devices with separate Zoom accounts which will allow you to cast a separate vote from your household. Once attendance is recorded, the screenshot will be deleted.

In addition and recommended by the Saint Paul Area Synod, this meeting will not be recorded for future viewing.
