Commitment cards and full campaign materials will arrive in the mail in early October. Please return your completed card by Celebration Sunday, October 12, 2025 — either:
Drop it off at the church front office
Place it in the offering plate during worship
Mail it using the enclosed envelope in your packet

Commitment Card: Helps us budget for the coming year. Commitment Cards are arriving in your mailbox in early October. We also have Stewardship Packets that include Commitment Cards in the church office.
Simply Giving Form: Enrolls you in electronic funds transfer (EFT). Submit to the church office or email to Kay Wandersee (kay.wandersee@mtcalvary.com).
Gifts & Abilities Form: Contribute to your church community with a helping hand. Completing Gifts & Abilities forms will sign you up for your specified ministries. Submit to the church office or on our website.
