Worship with us Sundays!

Worship Online at 8:30 a.m. | Outdoor Worship at 10 a.m.

Worship Online | Sundays at 8:30 a.m.

We'll hear a message, worship with music, and pray together. You can watch worship live on our YouTube channel, "Mount Calvary Eagan." This is designed for worshiping from home, whether it's just you or your entire family around a computer, TV, or your smartphone. For those of you who are watching on your own, remember that others around the world are listening and participating with you at the same time.

During worship, we have a special children's message sponsored and created by our faith formation team and Luther Crest Bible Camp. If you're child(ren) missed it during worship, we have a YouTube playlist ready for them

We will be hosting virtual Holy Communion. Gather whatever you already have at home to represent your Communion elements - bread or crackers, juice or water - whatever you've got! We recommend preparing these ahead of time, so that you can participate with us online. After we are able to safely meet again, our virtual Holy Communion will transfer back to in-person Holy Communion. We hope you join us for worship!

Outdoor Worship | Sundays at 10 a.m.

Every Sunday beginning May 2, we invite you to join us for outdoor worship at 10 a.m. We’re so excited to worship in-person with you and enjoy our time together. (We will continue to livestream Sundays at 8:30 a.m., and we welcome you to worship with us in whatever environment you feel most comfortable.) If worship needs to be cancelled, we'll let you know by 8:30 a.m. on Sunday via email.

We’re committed to providing a welcoming and healthy environment for our congregants, staff, on-site partner organizations, and visitors. To ensure we have a safe place to gather and worship, please review the information outlined below. Our staff and volunteers will oversee the plan, but we need your help to mitigate the potential transmission of COVID-19. We would appreciate your cooperative effort to maintain everyone’s safety and health.

Please review the following for important information and instructions before you arrive.

Before you arrive

  • Stay home if you are sick. Please watch for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. Prior to any service, you should determine if you are sick or experiencing symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath, etc.) and stay home if you are feeling ill. This also applies if you have been in contact with others who have shown signs of illness in the last 14 days.
  • Stay home if you are high-risk. If you haven’t been vaccinated and you’re at increased risk for COVID-19, consider staying home and participating in the service through our livestreamed worship service at 8:30. Virtual services are the safest option for those at high risk.
  • Wear a facemask. So you can sing and gather safely, we require that everyone wear facemasks and keep a physical distance of 6-feet from other households. The state of MN requires all people over the age of 5 to wear face coverings for large gatherings, including while singing. We will have face masks available if you need one.
  • Bring lawn chairs or a blanket. Like last year, please pack lawn chairs for you and your household. If you forget, chairs are available. Ask an usher when you arrive.
  • Bring Communion elements. We'll provide pre-packaged Communion elements but please feel free to bring your own bread and wine/juice for you and your household.
  • Download a bulletin. We will be providing a limited number of printed song sheets for those who don't have a printer or mobile device. For those of you who have a printer at home or have a smartphone, we highly recommend you print or download a copy before you arrive to limit our paper waste. You can now find them on our website at www.mtcalvary.com/bulletin (password provided via our weekly email; sign up now). All of our email subscribers will receive the password in each weekly email.
  • We will have designated parking spaces available for those who would like to stay in your vehicles.
  • Use the restroom before you arrive. Restrooms will not be available to the public except for emergencies.

Upon Arrival

When arriving at Mount Calvary, we ask that you park in the parking lot between the white farm house and the community gardens or along the outer rim of the parking lot making sure to watch for pedestrians. As you find a place to set up your chairs, there will be stations where you may grab a mask, song sheets, and Communion elements. Please observe social distancing guidelines, as well as any directional signage posted throughout the parking lot. View the map.

After Service

After worship, we ask that you exit the parking lot slowly through the north driveway, taking care to watch for pedestrians. We invite you to gather and stay in fellowship as the parking lot empties! This will give you the opportunity to catch up with the pastors and your Mount Calvary family.

We’re excited to see you this Sunday for worship!
