Worship With Us This Lent, Holy Week, and Easter
Lent, Holy Week, and Easter are some of the most meaningful weeks in the life of the church. They're a chance to slow down, reflect, and remember that God shows up, especially in the hard and holy moments. Whether you've been here for years or you're thinking about coming for the first time, you are welcome at Mount Calvary.

Palm Sunday Worship
March 29 at 9:30am
We kick off Holy Week with palm branches, praise, and a whole lot of joy. Palm Sunday remembers the moment Jesus rode into Jerusalem and the crowds wave palm branches, shouting "Hosanna!" It's a morning of celebration, but also the beginning of the journey to the cross. Come ready to wave a palm branch and sing.

Maundy Thursday Worship
Apr. 2 at 6:30pm
This service is quiet and intimate and really special. Maundy Thursday takes us back to the night Jesus shared his last meal with his closest friends. He washed their feet — which was a pretty shocking thing for him to do in the time — and gave them one simple command: love one another. We share communion together this night, and it means a little more when you know the story behind it.

Good Friday Worship
Apr. 3 at 6:30pm
Good Friday is different. It's slower, quieter, and a little heavy. We gather to remember the day Jesus was crucified, to sit with that weight, and to hold onto the hope that comes just on the other side of it. If you've ever been through something really hard, this service has a way of meeting you right where you are.

Easter Sunday Worship
Apr. 5 at 8:00, 9:30, & 11:00am
Christ is risen! Alleluia! Easter Sunday is the heart of our faith and the most joyful day of the year. All three services are a full celebration — music, community, and the reminder that life and love triumph over death. Whether this is your first Easter with us or your fiftieth, you are very welcome here. Bring the family, invite a friend, and come ready to celebrate.
All Holy Week services and the 9:30am Easter service will be livestreamed on our YouTube channel.
Lenten Midweek Worship
Wednesdays | Feb. 18–March 25 | 6:30pm
No Lenten worship on April 1
Every Wednesday evening through Lent, we gather in the Sanctuary for a quieter, more reflective service. It's a nice change of pace from the busyness of the week — a little slower, a little more spacious. Communion is shared at every Lenten service and is open to everyone.
Can't make it in person? All Lenten services are livestreamed so you can join from wherever you are.

Ash Wednesday: Supper & Worship
Wednesday, Feb. 18
Ash Wednesday is the start of Lent — the 40 days that lead us to Easter. It's one of those evenings that's hard to describe until you've experienced it. Here's how the night flows:
Wednesday Night Supper | 5–6pm Come grab a simple meal and catch up with folks before worship.
Family Education Time | 5:30–6:15pm Geared toward kids but open to all ages. A great way to help little ones understand what Ash Wednesday is and Lent is all about.
Worship | 6:30pm Ashes and communion are both offered during the service. Childcare is available, and worship will be livestreamed.

March Outreach: Help Feed Dakota County!
Collecting throughout March
During Lent, we’re also caring for our neighbors through a collection for The Open Door Food Shelf, which serves individuals and families across Dakota County.
Most-needed items include canned fruit, canned chilis and stews, sugar bags (4-5lbs), cereal/granola, canned vegetables excluding green beans, and paper grocery bags as they go through thousands of paper bags each week, and this simple item makes a big difference.
Place donations on the cart in the Front Entry throughout March
All donations are proportionally matched during March, doubling the impact of your generosity
Thank you for helping us feed our local community and live out our call to love and serve our neighbors.
