Dakota County Temporary Shelters

At Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, we’re honored to partner with Dakota County Housing Services to support individuals, youth, and families experiencing homelessness in our region. Through their Emergency Shelter program, this organization collaborates with local agencies to connect people to immediate shelter, outreach, and supportive resources—whether an adult in crisis, a youth (24 and under) needing a safe place, or a parent with children in need of shelter.

Our partnership includes raising awareness among our congregation about the Housing Resource Line (651-554-5751 option 1), mobilizing volunteers and donations for community drop-ins and outreach events, and building referral connections so our members can connect those in need directly.
