International Association for Refugees Jonathan House

Mount Calvary Lutheran Church is honored to partner with the International Association for Refugees (IAFR) and its Jonathan House program, which provides safe, stable housing and supportive community to asylum‑seekers in the Minneapolis‑St. Paul area. Through Jonathan House, individuals and families who have fled persecution receive shelter, personalized guidance, and caring relationships as they rebuild their lives in the U.S. 

Our role in this partnership is to support their mission through prayer, volunteer service, and awareness‑raising in our congregation—inviting our church family to open their hearts and hands to our new neighbors. To learn more about Jonathan House, visit their website here.
